The 10 year old son of Kafka vd Heffinck, Derryglen Othello, jumped fantastic for a top-10 place in the feature class, the 1.55m Grand Prix, at the Spanish venue, Vejer de Frontera. Remarkably, earlier in the week, Othello’s sire, Kafka vd Heffinck jumped a solid clear round in the 1.50m Longines Ranking Grand Prix Qualifier to secure Deirdre a place in Sunday’s €105,000 4* Grand Prix.
